An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to Roberts Trailer Park directing the owner to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are for failure to monitor for VOCs and lead and copper, failure to timely distribute and certify the annual consumer confidence report, and report the violations to the EPA.
