EPA has made a finding that the Respondent has violated the Clean Air Act. Specifically, the facility was operating without a permit and emitting VOCs above major source thresholds without controls. This Order resolves the violations. Respondent will install a thermal oxidizer to comply with appropriate regulation under the Clean Air Act.
