The Respondent is a permitted MS4 in Babylon, NY. An audit was conducted June 22-23, 2015 and identified that the Respondent was not complying with the NYSDEC MS4 General Permit. Violations include but are not limited to; Stormwater management plan deficiencies, incomplete outfall mapping, inadequate construction stormwater management program and post construction stormwater management, and Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping requirements. An Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order supersedes the previously issued Order, and provides a revised schedule for the remaining compliance deadlines.
