This Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) is entered into by USEPA and Titanium Metals Corporation (Respondent), for Respondents alleged violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) at its facility on Water Street in Henderson, NV. In order to settle this matter, this CA/FO required Respondent to be in compliance with all applicable regulations, placed conditions that must be met by Respondent to ensure ongoing compliance, and to pay a total civil administrative penalty of $500,000.
