This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Zolman Construction & Development (Respondent) of San Carlos City, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to obtain certification from EPA before offering to perform a renovation for compensation in a child-occupied facility. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $9,000 to settle the matter.
