This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Dow AgroSciences (Respondent) of Indianapolis, IN, concerning alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $15,000 to settle the matter.
