On September 26, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (ACO) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Georgia-Pacific Chemical located Crossett, Arkansas. The ACO was issued in response to violations of the performance testing requirements of 40 CFR 63 Subpart FFFF. The ACO requires Georgia-Pacific Chemical to develop emissions profiles of the continuous and batch vent stream and conduct a performance test.
