This Consent Agreement and Final Order is entered into by US EPA and the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources (Respondent), for Respondent's alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act requirements for Underground Injection Control wells, to prevent underground injection that endangers drinking water sources. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $50,000 to settle the matter.
