This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) between the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) and the U.S. EPA to achieve compliance with the Clean Water Act and the Facility's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES). A compliance plan was developed under the AOC which requires construction of facility modifications by October 31, 2016. Final compliance with the NPDES permit is required by the end of January 2017.
