This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and the County of Maui, Hawaii (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Safe Drinking Water Act requirements at Maui Raceway Park. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $33,000 to settle the matter.
