This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and the County of Hawaii Department of Parks and Recreation (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Safe Drinking Water Act, at its Hilo Drag Strip and Hilo Trap and Skeet Range in Hilo, Hawaii. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $105,000 to settle the matter.
