This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and P-R Farms.(Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Program regulations at its facility in Clovis, California. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $5,000 to settle the matter.
