Eola Water Supply Corporation continues to violate the maximum contaminant level for nitrates in their public water supply (PWS). The EPA issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Eola WSC in 2011, revised the compliance schedule in 2015, and again issued an AO on September 30, 2016, which includes a compliance schedule for corrective actions to install treatment.
