On August 4, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) under its authority pursuant to Clean Air Act to Aeropres located Sibley, Louisiana. The AOC was issued in response to violations of the General Duty Clause. The AOC requires Aeropres to conduct a third party audit.
