EPA Region I has entered into a Clean Water Act Order on Consent (?Order?) with the Town of North Providence, Rhode Island. The Order addresses sanitary sewage discharges ( SSOs ) from the Town?s sewerage collection system and updates and consolidates the requirements from a previous administrative order to address SSOs and subsequent information requests issued by the regional office.
