There is evidence that the equipment for measuring turbidity and chlorine residual are not operational and/or not calibrated properly. Consequently, there can be no assurance that the water has been adequately treated to meet the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Act and therefore, the consumers of the water have the potential to be exposed to pathogens which are confirmed present in the source water (E. Coli and Cryptosporidium).
