Respondent operated a computer repair and sales business in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was engaged in the business of collecting and exporting used electronic equipment and parts, including color computer monitors containing Cathode Ray Tubes (?CRTs?). As described in the Complaint, Respondent was responsible for the illegal export of hazardous waste. Respondent illegally exported two containers containing CRTs to Hong Kong and two containers containing CRTs to South Africa.
