In its application for a research or marketing permit, Respondent submitted to EPA signed compliance statements that the included studies submitted to EPA were conducted in compliance with the FIFRA Good Laboratory Practice Standards at 40 C.F.R. 160. EPA determined those statements were false. EPA also determined that raw data associated with the studies submitted to EPA was missing.
