Reg. 19,618 (April 11, 2000) (Audit Policy) and the Interim Approach to Applying the Audit Policy to New Owners, 73 Fed. Reg. 44991 (August 1, 2008) (Interim Approach)


Kinder Morgan?s disclosures included potential violations of Section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r), and 40 C.F.R. Part 68, and have resulted in a final list of 211 CAA RMP violations, which are the subject of this resolution.
