On October 26, 2016, Region 1 signed an Administratiave Order on Consent (A)C) with the Town of Nantucket, Massachusetts. Under the terms of the AOC, the Town is required to indemnify and eliminate sewage overflows from tits collection system to Nantucket Harbor and to implement a long-term CMOM program.
