Fox Lawn exceeded the combined radium MCL since the second quarter of 2013.
The MCL is below 5 piC/L for the 2018 and 2019 calendar years and the construction of the Ion Exchange system has been completed. The Illinois EPA issued the final operation permit to Fox Lawn on December 14, 2017. The running annual average for combined radium has been reliably and consistently below the MCL for a complete calendar year; therefore, Fox Lawn Homeowners Water Association has fulfilled the terms of the AO.
