Respondents filled approximately 3.2 acres of forested freshwater wetlands to prepare land for a vineyard. The Administrative Order, to which Respondents have consented, requires removal of fill and restoration in 1.7 acres of wetlands, invasive species control, and monitoring for 5 years.
Respondents entered into a consent agreement for restoration.
