On March 13, 2017, EPA Region 10 settled with Oregon Scientific, Inc. (Lake Oswego, Oregon) for violations of FIFRA. Oregon Scientific, Inc. failed to file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Oregon Scientific, Inc. submitted the report late in 2015 and 2014. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $4,320.
