Facility was in violation of CT underground storage tank (UST) regulations for failing to demonstrate a financial test of self-insurance; not performing annual cathodic protection test; and failing to have a compliant release detection method for USTs and piping. A compliance order was issued requiring owner/operator to correct the violations in accordance with CT rules and regulations.
