EPA requested access to the Site property from the current owner of record in order to undertake necessary removal actions on the Site. The owner of record declined to provide access to the property on two occasions stating that the company in who's name the property is held was sold to another corporation whom the Respondent could not provide any information on. EPA issued the access order requiring the owner of record to grant access.
