A construction schedule was submitted with a proposed timeline for removing nitrate contamination with treatment installation, and this was incorporated into an amended Administrative Order (AO), issued on November 4, 2016. This AO supersedes the previous AO issued on March 8, 2013. A penalty was also collected from this public water system (PWS) for failure to remove contamination in a timely manner, and this AO does not affect that penalty.
