This is Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Southern Counties Oil Co. dba SC Fuels (Respondent) of Modesto, California, for Respondent's violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations. Respondent certified that alleged violations have been corrected and paid a civil administrative penalty of $75,000 to settle the matter.
