This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Stark International, Inc. of Chino, California, for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Stark International, Inc. has paid a civil administrative penalty of $5,000 and has exported the 500 subject gasoline generators to a country other than Canada, Mexico or to any U.S. Territories, to resolve this action.
