Importer of record attempted to import two insecticides that are not registered with US EPA. The importer failed to provide a Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices for each pesticide prior to the arrival of the pesticides to the US as required. The importer agreed to export the insecticides from the US to correct the violation.
