On August 22, 2016, EPA conducted an inspection of the Town. The Town is required, pursuant to its SPDES permit to have written O&M procedures for its sanitary sewer system. The Town was unable to provide them to EPA. This AO requires the development of such O&M procedures to the EPA and NYSDEC. The Town is performing certain maintenance of its sanitary sewer systems, but needs to formalize its program through written O&M procedures.
