Failure to comply with permit - at the time of the inspection, inspectors observed storage of hazardous waste containers in excess of the storage capacity allowed in the permit; and (2) failure to manage universal waste lamps - during the inspection, inspectors noticed an open box of waste lamps, waste lamps not properly marked. and batteries and lamps which did not haveaccumulation dates.
