On September 13, 2016, EPA conducted an inspection of the Village's Sanitary Sewer System (SSS). As a result of the inspection, EPA identified that the Village had not developed written Operation and Maintenance (O & M) procedures for its collection system as required by its SPDES Permit. This Administrative Order requires the Village to develop such written procedures.
