On July 24, 2017, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order to S & P Construction located in Spokane, Washington for violations of the Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule under TSCA. The EPA alleged that S & P Construction failed to follow the recordkeeping requirements and lead-safe work practice standards while performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $50.
