On April 17, 2017, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement and final order resolving a violation of the Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule under TSCA to Aspen Construction and Design, LLC located in Coeur d�Alene, Idaho. The alleged violation included failure to obtain an initial firm certification from the EPA while performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. The Aspen Construction and Design, LLC has agreed to pay a penalty amount of $200 to resolve the violation.
