This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Spira4u Co., Ltd of Carrollton, Illinois, for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Spria4u has paid a civil administrative penalty of $6,500 to settle the matter.
