This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Best Value Home Improvements (Respondent), of Oakland, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirements regarding offering to perform and performing renovation for compensation in a child-occupied facility. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $38,990 to settle the matter.
