This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Boom International Holdings(USA),Inc. of Riverside, CA for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements for imported motor engines. Boom International Holdings USA, Inc. paid a civil administrative penalty of $30,000 and documented to EPA that the 502 subject scooters have been exported to a country or countries other than Canada or Mexico to settle the matter.
