EPA entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) with Allnex USA, Inc., of Kalamazoo, Michigan on [insert date]. The CAFO requires Allnex to pay a civil penalty of $50,000 and perform a supplemental environmental project (SEP). The SEP requires that Allnex route emissions from intermediate storage tanks to either the existing scrubber or to a newly installed scrubber that achieves and maintains a removal efficiency of 90%.
