The filed Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) details three violations of Sections 301(a), 308, and 311(j) of the CWA. The filed CAFO requires Great Bay Marine to pay a civil penalty of $50,000, in conjunction with the Supplemental Environmental Project valued at $95,000 for oyster restoration in the Great Bay Estuary.
