On April 11, 2017, Region 10 entered into an expedited settlement agreement with the Wilbur-Ellis Company for violations of the CAA 112r Risk Management Program's requirements at the company's Walla Walla, Washington, facility. The company failed to comply with several risk management program requirements applicable to its use of ammonia. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $15,000.
