This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Brilliant Stone Enterprises Inc. of Dallas,Texas for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements for imported motor engines. Brilliant Stone Enterprises Inc. paid a civil administrative penalty of $3,800 and exported the subject engines to a country or countries other than Canada or Mexico to settle the matter.
