On October 5, 2016, an inspector with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, conducted a ?Routine inspections at the Thatcher Company facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. The inspector did notate on the Notice of Inspection that prior violations had occurred at this facility. The inspection identified that the Complete Acid Sanitizer, EPA Reg. No. 4959-41-9768 did not contain current container language as seen in the 2015 label, therefore making it a misbranded label.
