On October 4, 2016, an inspector with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency conducted a routine FIFRA inspection at the Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The inspection revealed a container of Tordon RTU, EPA Reg # 62719-31 was missing the label. A Stop Sale Use and Removal Order was issued.
