On January 9, 2017 EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Georgia-Pacific LLC Paper Operations located in Crossett, AR. The AOC was issued in response to violations of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Program regulations. The AOC requires Georgia-Pacific to address the RMP findings from the NEIC 2015 inspection by performing audits to determine corrective actions in areas of Management of Change, Compliance Audits, SOP certifications, and Mechanical Integrity.
