This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and ASIG (Respondent) of Ontario, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations at its LA/Ontario International Airport facility. Respondent certified that alleged violations have been corrected and paid a civil administrative penalty of $2,350 to settle the matter.
