On March 13, 2017, Region I issued a combined administrative complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) against Scapa Tapes North America LLC (Respondent) for violations of EPCRA Section 313 at its Windsor, Connecticut facility. The facility manufactures tape products for healthcare and industrial applications. Under the CAFO, EPA will receive a penalty of $58,214 for Respondent?s failure to timely file TRI forms for ethylbenzene in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and for vinyl acetate in 2014 and 2015.
