This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Knight Transportation, Inc. (Respondent) of Phoenix, AZ, for Respondent's alleged violation of the California Truck and Bus engine requirements of the federal State Implementation Plan (SIP) to control air pollutants from mobile sources. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $72,000 to settle the matter.
