Pan Asian Chemicals was issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order by the Authority of Section 13 (a) of FIFRA 7 U.S.C. and 136 k (a) and the delegation of such authority, Pan Asian Chemicals is hereby ordered not to sell, use, distribute, or remove the product specified in order 06-2017-0313 (EPA Reg. No. 88951-3) except as provided in the order.
