The AOC requires the City of Blaine to provide injunctive relief for Clean Water Act (CWA) violations associated with the illegal discharge of dredge or fill materials into 2.33 acres of ?waters of the United States.? The AOC provides injunctive relief for the allegations that the Respondent discharged dredged and fill material from point sources into wetlands at two separate sites in Blaine, Minnesota, without a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers pursuant to Section 404 of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. ? 1344. The AOC requires the City of Blaine protect 2.83 acres of forested wetlands on their property at Aquatore Park by placing the area under a conservation easement.
