This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and J.R. Simplot Company (Respondent) of Boise, IN, concerning alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act at five (5) of the company's California facilities. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $98,960 to settle the matter.
